Rivly is predominantly a remote-first company though can have some in-person office days depending on your location and your role. On a case-by-base basis and particularly for leadership roles, employees located by our office in Tampa could be requested to come in on our 2 anchor days (Monday and Thursday).
In a hybrid environment (for those that are local to Tampa), it enables us to capitalize on the energy that comes from us being in the same place. This is a great opportunity to build relationships, work with your teammates, and collaborate on projects.
